What are you not telling me? Aug 07, 2025

One of the most efficient ways turning off our life-force and Eros is to hold back what we want to say. In the last few days, I've felt like I've been stuck in mud, or rather quick-sand, or to be more precise, like cement drying up, enclosing me. I had a session with my teacher tonight, thank goodness, and she had me speak up to her, all the things I'm holding back, as a practice round. I've gotten better at it, but especially when I perceive the stakes are high, my throat seizes up. And then ou...

Why do we lose contact with Eros - our life-force? Aug 07, 2025

I have an American PT here in Stockholm, and we often end up talking about Eros and women. Like what he sees with many of his mostly middle-aged women clients who are fixated in their hips and because there is not enough life-force, or Eros, coming through the body, many also have weight issues*. And how his Mom wants to turn back time and only talk about his childhood. I believe this is common for most of us. My strategy has instead been to always focus on the future. The next big project, drea...

Wild Optimism Aug 06, 2025

Yesterday, I was asked by my spiritual practice partner in Seattle, how I can be so optimistic, considering how much I read and study about geopolitics and the ugliness of the human condition. (I used to be a futurist, and I can't help but be pulled in to explore patterns that I see unfolding globally).

My answer was that because I'm part of spiritual practices with women, where I get in touch with my own highest expression, which is like sparkling jewels, or a field full of glitter, I remember...

A Turned-On Sisterhood Jul 31, 2025

A friend of mine has been staying with me for the past five days, and we've both worked and turned-on together. She also loves to have fun, so we've had dance shake-out, been swimming and overall practiced pleasure, despite being under tough writing deadlines (dissertation and program completion). Without turn-on, we still would have enjoyed each other's company, but it's much easier to get heavy, again with deadlines and outside pressures, and we wouldn't have prioritized the playfulness.

Turn-...

Ecstasy & Fullness Jul 29, 2025

This morning I was exploring unity and the edges of cosmos, love and turn-on with a woman I've never met before. Through Zoom, in a joint container, we came to see, feel and experience both ecstasy, love and fullness, where time and space are folding and unfolding, and where the light, the sparkles and the playful luscious turn-on is so felt that we could taste it (like juicy dripping peach). It was so holy, and so sensual, and it was above all a practice in ecstatic fullness.

I have different s...

Why Sensuality Changes Our Leadership Capacity Jul 28, 2025

“To be sensual or sensuous is to be in the presence of your own soul", says the poet John O' Donahue. One of the easiest ways to come home to ourselves is to move the body sensually, which can be done in a business meeting. Not to exaggerate, or even to flirt, but it immediately shifts the focus from performance and achievement, to a recognition of something more, something bigger, something more essential is in the room. You come home to yourself again. This can be done by dancing, for example,...
