Flirtation, seduction together with realness and individuation are about seeing our entire existence as play, known in spiritual traditions as the highest frequency there is.
LEVEL 2. POWER AWAKENING
By activating your embodied belly power, your primordial growl, you move into the second level of Feminine Leadership.
Learn how to go from being a good girl to becoming a worthy opponent. Learn how to let go of shame, guilt, freeze and fawn-responses and accommodation. Move into the next level of individuation and become the black panther.
Discover the collective Mother archetype, her heart and her growl, the collective feminine witchy wounding at this level as well as her shadow. Awaken your white and black essence and practice flirting and co-creating with men.
LEVEL 3. MYSTICAL AWAKENING
By activating your wisest, most street-wise and most devotional self, you move into the third level of Feminine Leadership.
Learn the power of your vastness, your light and your darkness, revel in truth and streetsmarts, compassion and objectivity. Lead through your presence, playfulness and fullness.
Discover the collective Crone archetype and the collective feminine wounding and her shadow. Awaken your green and black essence. Lean into the world and become aligned with the evolutionary force of existence. Hold your identification lightly, and become the Cosmic Seductress herself.
I'M LOVISA
I teach women to go from being burned-out idealists to pleasure-filled pragmatics. And later on, to flirtatious mystics. I teach women to move into a state of existence, which I call Awakening Feminine Leadership. You learn how to engage with men, not from a place of competition, but through playful polarity, and you work on your shadow, while getting access to a higher frequency. You become a worthy opponent, knowing how to stand your ground, without hardening.
Everything I teach is an invitation, not only for my students, but for me as well, to live it. Because I forget, like we all do. When women are connected to this frequency, with other women, we become immensely powerful - and absolutely irresistable:).
THIS IS MY STORY.
I'm a Swedish Gen Xer, and a big cosmic flirt. I love turning on women - and men to their greatness, and sometimes I'm still shy. I'm a student of two spiritual paths, while creating this path as a third one.
However, it wasn't always like this. I used to look down on the feminine, on women, and thereby myself. I was in a constant battle with my body. Most of the time I was disassociated, preferring to live solely out of my head. I knew how to fight with men, or meet them from the masculine, not relate to them from the feminine, and I was unable to soften. Or I collapsed, without boundaries. The journey home, to the body, to the feminine has been long. And even longer to move into a more permanent state of play. By offering these courses, I want to give you a map, a system together with practices that can support you on your own journey to feminine leadership, together with other women on the same path.
I have a MSc in International Economics and have built and led companies and organizations in the Sweden and in the US, working with both leadership and spiritual development. I lived in the US for over 15 years, and it became my second home, in my search for myself. I also have a background as a futurist, yoga and tantra teacher, and I'm a published author. Right now, I see several challenges in Sweden, Europe and the West at large, all of which are problematic for women, girls and the feminine. The rejection of men, boys and the masculine is the other side of that coin, equally problematic. In my courses, we also look at these issues, from a lens of the wounding of the feminine throughout history, metamodernism, Eros and Unity. I don't believe it's enough to just practice spirituality or tantra. Nor do I believe in being disconnected from the mystery. We need both, which is what I teach and try to embody.
I love working with women who are curious, open-minded, with a hunger for expansion - and who want to live from and with their sensual bodies. Those who are tired of being disconnected, burned-out, maybe even fearing the power of their sexuality and their impact on men, and who want to live the mystery through play and flirtation.
Those of us who desire to meet the world, standing tall, while shaking our booty, with a glean in the eye. Welcome to the world of Awakened Feminine Leadership!
VALUES, WHO I SERVE & MY APPROACH
1. My Dream & Longing
is to seduce as many women in the world as possible to awaken to their true power. The world would look completely different if women globally had access to and could stand in their erotic embodiment - celebrated by men.
2. I love working with
women who are curious, playful and are drawn to systems and pattern recognition; wanting to understand 'how everything works'. Women who are longing for a sexual and spiritual awakening through the feminine - and who also want to celebrate men in co-creative polarity. Women who love to feel their power and strength expressed through their bodies, while also appreciating containment and the inner work and devotion this practice calls for, which includes healing the feminine wounding, which includes our sexuality and our bodies. Together with other women committed to the same wild ride!
3. The Inner & Outer Envelope
I teach from both the inner and the outer envelope. The inner envelope represents the interior space, including sensuality, jewel-connection (pussy power), mysticism, being and deep self-reflection, the theory of holes, holy seduction, feminine wounding, the glitter frequency and evolutionary turn-on. As well as shaking our asses, roaring in the moonlight and owning our desires as well as boundaries. The outer envelope is how women relate to to the exterior and outer world, which includes the masculine and men, the business world and the basics of geo-politics and learning how to trust our instinctual and intuitive truths. All are essential for true leadership that is authentic, informed and non-naive.
4. Not for everyone.
Awakening Feminine Leadership isn't for everyone. I work with women who are willing to meet both the beauty and the ugly of the world, in others and in ourselves. To see and hold both the light and the darkness in the feminine and in the masculine, in women and in men. We can be sensitive and intuitive - and learn how to hold charge in our nervous system, so we can meet people with different values and beliefs without othering. I work with women who believe in the value of free expression and logical thinking - while also loving seduction, mysticism and the glitter frequency. (Eros, and the 'red essence', teaches us to hold charge in our nervous system and separate from what the crowd says, but we need to want it first).
5. Teacher and Student
I'm a teacher, but I'm also a student in the sense that I'm always on a journey to live a deeper expression of feminine leadership. I will not pretend to know something I'm not landed in myself. I will most certainly make mistakes, and I encourage an environment where all is welcome. I also appreciate integrity, directness and personal responsibility. Flirtation and seduction with other women, men and cosmos itself, offer the highest state of frequency there is!
